All orders are ship from our warehouse in Adelaide, SA.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins and drop offs at the warehouse.

All orders are processed within 3 business days pending payment verification. If your order is urgent, please email us prior to placing your order to see how we can help assist you.  Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

Flat rate of $7.99 AUD via Australia Post Regular Parcel (3-7 days)
Flat rate of $10.99 AUD via Australia Post Express Parcel (1-3 days)
Orders over $55 AUD receive FREE Australia Post Regular Parcel Shipping (3-7 days)
Orders over $85 AUD receive FREE Australia Post Express Parcel Shipping (1-3 days)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Flat rate of $19.99 AUD via Australia Post Registered International (10-30 days)
Orders over $150 AUD receive FREE international shipping (5-10 days)

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number. Track your order via Australia Post Tracking. When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied as well as via Australia Post Tracking. Please note we are not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.
